Why can't we not able to stop violence?
We can't stop violence because people are always going to have hate against other people. For example, like the kid got burned. His friends hated him for accusing one of his friends stealing his dad bike. Also, people are going to make you feel bad about yourself on what you say or do. So, even if it is a law people are going to look for power and control by taking it out on violence.
